Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to support its fleet management operations in Dubai. The role involves managing all interactions and transactions with government entities, ensuring smooth processing of traffic, legal, and registration activities. The successful candidate will maintain active traffic files, coordinate vehicle-related permits, handle police and court-related matters, and ensure timely completion of administrative processes in compliance with UAE laws and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and monitor active traffic files for all fleet-related transactions.
* Manage and clear vehicle fines, lock fines, and impound-related cases promptly.
* Oversee registration, renewal, and de-registration of company vehicles in coordination with relevant authorities.
* Obtain necessary permits, permissions, and property damage clearances.
* Handle and follow up on police reports, legal matters, and court case resolutions.
* Prepare and submit required documentation for government and legal entities.
* Ensure accurate daily reporting on ongoing administrative activities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, ensuring efficient handling of official processes.
* Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and provide transparent updates on case progress and outcomes.
Ideal Profile
* UAE National is mandatory.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the car rental or automotive sector.
* Strong understanding of UAE traffic laws, RTA systems, and government procedures.
* High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
* Proven ability to handle multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
