The Receptionist - Aftersales Support role acts as the first point of contact for customers visiting the service center in Dubai Festival City, Al Badia. The role helps create a welcoming and organized customer journey by greeting visitors, understanding their purpose of visit, directing appointments to the correct executive, and supporting customer movement within the branch.
This position contributes to stronger customer satisfaction by reducing waiting confusion, improving appointment handling, supporting sales or service introductions, and ensuring customers feel acknowledged before they leave the branch.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome all customers entering the automotive service center with a professional and friendly approach.
* Identify customer needs quickly and guide visitors to the correct executive, advisor, or branch team member.
* Support customers with appointments by ensuring they are directed smoothly to the relevant contact.
* Create a positive first impression through polite communication, professional appearance, and helpful branch support.
* Assist walk-in customers by understanding their enquiry and coordinating with the appropriate team.
* Help maintain a smooth transition from customer arrival to introduction with the correct service or sales executive.
* Provide a courteous send-off to customers when they leave the branch.
* Support the Aftersales Manager and branch team with daily front desk coordination.
* Use MS Office tools, especially Excel, for basic records, customer tracking, or branch support tasks when required.
* Communicate clearly with customers, colleagues, service advisors, and other branch staff.
* Maintain a calm and organized approach during busy workshop or service center periods.
* Escalate customer concerns or unclear requests to the relevant team member for proper resolution.
* Follow company customer service standards, branch procedures, and front-of-house expectations.
* Support a professional customer environment that reflects the quality and reliability of the automotive brand.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate is an Emirati national with a Family Book and a high school diploma or higher qualification. The role is suitable for someone with customer service experience, reception exposure, or a strong willingness to develop within automotive aftersales operations.
Fluent English communication skills are required, along with the ability to speak confidently with customers and internal teams. Good knowledge of MS Office is important, especially MS Excel for basic tracking and administrative support.
