Key Responsibilities
The mandate covers the complete commercial and operational cycle, from market planning and product positioning to technical support and aftersales performance.
* Build and implement a coordinated regional business plan for the UAE, Qatar and Oman.
* Establish priorities for marine propulsion, power equipment, battery systems and energy-storage solutions.
* Evaluate customer applications, emerging market segments and partnership opportunities.
* Study competitor activity, changing customer requirements and industry developments.
* Translate market findings into pricing, sales, service and investment decisions.
* Lead sales, aftersales, technical and operational teams across all covered countries.
* Set clear expectations for revenue growth, profitability, market share and operating efficiency.
* Strengthen team capability through technical education and commercial-development programs.
* Provide senior technical input for customer projects and product-improvement initiatives.
* Develop relationships with strategic customers, distributors and business partners.
* Lead significant negotiations while protecting commercial value and service commitments.
* Maintain cost discipline and improve contribution margins across the portfolio.
* Coordinate demand forecasts, stock requirements and regional supply planning.
* Balance product availability against inventory exposure and changing market demand.

Ideal Profile
* Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Marine Technology, Energy Systems or another relevant technical subject.
* MBA is preferred for candidates combining engineering and commercial leadership.
* More than 10 years of experience in marine propulsion, power generation, batteries, energy storage or related equipment sectors.
* At least 5 years managing a regional operation or technical-commercial business unit.
* Demonstrated success in strategic planning and profitable business expansion.
* Strong understanding of product sales, technical support and aftersales delivery.
* Commercial expertise covering pricing, margins, negotiations and market development.
* Ability to manage diverse teams across multiple GCC countries.
* Confident decision-maker who can interpret commercial and operational data.
* Effective communicator with senior customers, partners, engineers and internal leadership.
