Sales Consultant | Al-Futtaim Automotive | FAMCO Job Vacancy in UAE Abdu Dhabi

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Consultant to join our FAMCO team in Abu Dhabi. This role is responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial vehicle sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring profitability through strategic discounting and deal closure
- Conduct regular customer visits and assessments to understand business needs and drive customer satisfaction
- Present and demonstrate trucks, explaining their features, specifications, and capabilities
- Offer test drives and provide information on warranties and aftersales services
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction across all interactions
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective customers and oversee assigned accounts within the designated territory
- Ensure that overdue payments remain within agreed-upon limits
- Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product refreshers to stay updated on offerings and market trends
- Provide timely reports and updates to the Sales Manager on market conditions and sales performance

Required Skills and Experience

- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a commercial vehicle dealership
- Valid UAE driving license
- Previous experience with commercial trucks or truck equipment sales is highly preferred
- Familiarity with the UAE or GCC market is an advantage
- Strong selling, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
