Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales objectives of Automall by achieving sales and CSI targets.
- Provide first-rate service to current and potential customers, ensuring a positive customer journey.
- Achieve and maintain company-prescribed standard sales policies and procedures.
- Attend and follow up on all customer inquiries and prospects in a timely manner to maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed allocated monthly sales targets.
- Achieve or exceed CSV objectives to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
- Adhere to company procedures for handling cash and assisting in arranging vehicle finance.
- Continuously improve selling techniques and customer handling skills.
- Promote and sell vehicle-related insurance products and accessories.
- Maintain awareness of the automotive industry, including product range, models, features, and benefits.
- Analyze the market situation to identify customer needs and explore opportunities to sell products and services.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous sales experience in retail, fashion, hospitality, or real estate preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of the sales process in any industry.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve sales targets.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
