Sales Executive - Used Car Automotive Division

The Sales Executive is responsible for selling used cars to retail customers, handling inquiries, and converting leads into successful sales in Dubai, UAE. This role involves engaging with walk-in customers, conducting test drives, coordinating vehicle registration and financing, and ensuring a seamless buying experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive sales, strong negotiation skills, and a customer-focused approach. This position supports Saeed Juma Al Naboodah Real Estate Co. LLC in driving used car sales growth.

Job Function: Sales & Customer Service
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 2 years in used car sales or automotive sales
Education: Graduate in any discipline

Key Responsibilities
- Handle telephone and email inquiries from customers regarding used cars and follow up on previous leads
- Engage with walk-in customers in the showroom, providing product information and assistance
- Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Prospect for new customers through research, referrals, and outreach
- Coordinate vehicle registration, financing, and insurance processes for customers
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and maintain customer records
- Gather market intelligence on pricing, demand trends, and competitor offerings
- Generate invoices and process GTVs for completed transactions
- Collect cash payments from customers and ensure proper documentation
- Monitor stock levels and update the manager on vehicle availability
- Adhere to quality assurance processes and maintain high service standards
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager based on qualifications and ability

Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals effectively
- Excellent customer service orientation with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure sales environment
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
- UAE driving license is mandatory
