Al-Futtaim Automotive is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join its Global Aftersales team in Dubai. The role serves as the first point of contact in the workshop, ensuring a seamless service experience for customers while providing expert consultation and technical support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive vehicles, inspect condition, and communicate any discrepancies or customer requests
- Provide clear explanations of the repairs performed and ensure proper vehicle delivery to customers
- Follow up on repair status and ensure timely vehicle delivery while maintaining service quality
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding charges, approvals, and job progress
- Collaborate with the workshop team to confirm customer complaints and determine repair needs
- Provide estimates for simple repairs and negotiate repair charges with customers
- Offer guidance on vehicle maintenance, operation, and breakdown prevention
Required Skills and Experience
- Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years\' experience in a reputable automotive workshop
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to provide expert consultation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Understanding of vehicle maintenance, service operations, and breakdown prevention
