We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Lexus team in Ajman. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers in the Aftersales division, ensuring a seamless service experience while driving revenue and customer retention. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention
- Achieve financial targets through effective upselling and discount control
- Consult with customers on their service requirements, ensuring vehicles are repaired correctly on the first visit
- Coordinate with the production team to provide timely updates on vehicle progress and delivery commitments
- Explain all work performed and associated costs clearly at the time of vehicle handover
- Manage customer complaints effectively, ensuring satisfactory resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, company policies, and distributor programs to ensure service consistency
Required Skills and Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive products and service processes
- Excellent customer service skills, with a proactive and solution-driven approach
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively with aftersales and workshop teams
- Working knowledge of MS Office; SAP experience is preferred
