Position Overview
Azizi Developments is hiring a Service and Fleet Engineer to oversee maintenance, diagnostics, and servicing of luxury vehicles at its automotive operations in Dubai. The role requires advanced technical expertise, leadership in service management, and proven experience within luxury brand dealerships in the UAE.

Job Details
* Oversee daily service department activities including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management
* Provide technical support and training to service technicians on luxury vehicle systems and repair techniques
* Manage parts and inventory processes to maintain efficient stock levels for service operations
* Recruit, train, and mentor service personnel, promoting excellence and teamwork
* Supervise workshop operations including job card flow, parts coordination, quality checks, and final delivery
* Ensure all maintenance and repair work meets brand quality and safety standards
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex automotive systems while implementing preventative maintenance plans
* Respond to emergency service needs outside regular schedules when required
* Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Oversee the cleanliness and safety of the workshop environment in line with company protocols
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification
* Minimum 5 years of experience in service and fleet engineering within a luxury automotive dealership in the UAE
* Strong technical knowledge of advanced automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques
* Proven leadership ability in managing service teams and workshop operations
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and efficiency
* Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
