Key Responsibilities
* Prepare service contracts for new vehicle models and update existing contracts when required
* Maintain all service contract details in SAP IS AUTO to ensure accuracy and prevent revenue discrepancies
* Update parts and service pricing within contracts to reflect approved rates
* Create and manage service contracts for fleet customers, ensuring correct configuration
* Generate ad-hoc reports and data extracts for internal stakeholders
* Respond to branch contract-related requests such as transfers, terminations, refunds, and reinstatements
* Support corporate teams with pricing requests and new business initiatives
* Complete all tasks within required deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and process compliance

* Strong analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail
* Skilled in coordination across teams and handling large volumes of data
* Good communication and interpersonal abilities
