The Showroom Host - EV Customer Experience role is responsible for creating a positive first impression for customers visiting the showroom. Key Responsibilities
* Welcome showroom visitors in a polite, professional, and engaging manner.
* Record visitor details accurately, including time, date, reason for visit, enquiry type, and customer information.
* Understand customer requirements and direct them to the most suitable sales team member or department.
* Support the sales team by ensuring customers are attended to quickly and efficiently.
* Maintain a smooth customer flow inside the showroom during busy periods.
* Respond to basic customer enquiries and escalate detailed product, finance, sales, or service questions to the correct team.
* Deliver customer service in line with company standards, showroom procedures, and brand expectations.
* Keep updated knowledge of showroom teams, internal processes, customer handover steps, and visitor handling procedures.
* Support the Branch Sales Manager and sales staff in creating a professional customer journey.
* Help maintain a welcoming showroom environment that reflects the quality of the electric vehicle brand.
* Handle multiple customer interactions while staying calm, organized, and service-focused.
* Follow up internally where required to ensure customer queries are not left unresolved.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate has a high school qualification and previous experience in customer service, showroom reception, retail support, front desk coordination, hospitality, or automotive customer handling. Experience in a vehicle showroom, luxury retail environment, or customer-facing sales support role will be useful.
Strong English communication skills are required. Arabic language ability will be an added advantage. The candidate should be confident speaking with customers, comfortable using basic IT systems, and able to manage visitor details with accuracy.
