What Does a Toyota Sales Consultant Do at Al-Futtaim?
A Toyota Sales Consultant is responsible for delivering outstanding vehicle sales performance while ensuring a top-tier customer experience throughout the entire car buying journey. You will play a key role in promoting value-added services such as finance, insurance, trade-ins, and accessories.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets for Toyota vehicles and upsell finance and insurance solutions
- Log prospects and maintain pipeline using Al-Futtaim’s CRM system
- Deliver personalized service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Understand buyer profiles and recommend suitable models, features, and offers
- Assist customers through financing, trade-in valuations, and product walkarounds
- Manage all paperwork, quotations, and customer transactions in compliance with company policies
- Stay up-to-date with Toyota product knowledge and automotive trends
- Support showroom events, test drives, and customer promotions
What Skills and Experience Are Needed for This Role?
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or automotive sales
- Automotive sales background preferred, especially in UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic, Russian, and South Asian languages are an advantage
- Strong negotiation and upselling capabilities
- Technical understanding of vehicle specifications is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license is required
- Degree or diploma preferred, but not mandatory
