Position Overview
Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is seeking a Vehicle Inspection Auditor to ensure compliance with technical inspection standards across Dubai’s inspection centers. This role involves auditing facilities, monitoring smart systems, ensuring cleanliness and functionality, and enforcing regulations to maintain the highest level of service and safety.

What You’ll Do
* Conduct audits of technical inspection centers and identification sticker facilities to ensure compliance with RTA standards
* Monitor systems and surveillance cameras to verify operational status and report technical malfunctions
* Implement weekly inspection programs and schedule field visits as per monthly work plans
* Audit vehicle inspection transactions and verify permits for inspectors and workshops
* Review maintenance and calibration certificates for inspection tools and equipment
* Monitor congestion at inspection centers via cameras and escalate as per the process
* Issue field and absentee violations when required
* Prepare technical reports and submit findings to senior technicians for follow-up
* Continuously monitor smart systems and electronic platforms to ensure smooth inspection operations
* Take immediate action on violations, incidents, or suspicious activities and ensure timely resolution
Ideal Profile
* Technical Diploma or Engineering High School qualification
* 0–2 years of relevant experience in vehicle inspection or technical auditing
* Knowledge of vehicle inspection principles, technical reporting, and HSE standards
* Ability to interpret data and prepare detailed technical reports
* Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable using smart monitoring systems and digital inspection tools
