Role Context
The Warranty Executive plays a critical role in protecting aftersales revenue by validating manufacturer warranty claims and ensuring accurate reimbursement processes. This role directly supports operational efficiency, financial reconciliation, and compliance standards by managing claims, system data, and coordination between service teams, finance, and manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
* Verify, validate, and submit warranty claims through manufacturer portals according to principal guidelines
* Provide front-line warranty support to service teams across aftersales locations
* Resolve warranty-related issues and service desk queries efficiently
* Maintain accurate SAP master data and support DMS activities including warranty package price loading
* Coordinate with Aftersales, Finance, and IT teams for GL reconciliation and warranty reporting
* Manage principal pre-approval requests and monitor follow-up actions
* Support internal warranty audits and implement corrective action plans for compliance improvement
* Submit warranty invoices to manufacturers and track reimbursement settlements
* Handle Mopar and extended warranty contract administration including approvals and activations
* Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies before claim submission
Ideal Profile
* Graduate or Diploma qualification with automotive background preferred
* Automotive aftersales experience is mandatory
* Strong understanding of warranty processes, policies, and manufacturer compliance
* Experience working in high-volume processing environments with strong accuracy
* Good analytical and problem-solving ability
* Strong communication skills for coordination across departments and external principals
* Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and PC-based reporting systems
* ERP knowledge with SAP IS-AUTO experience preferred
