Role Context
Warranty operations protect both customer confidence and the financial performance of the aftersales network. This position will evaluate repair submissions, identify documentation gaps and help service centres follow Toyota and Lexus warranty procedures correctly.
Through audits, coaching and performance monitoring, the executive will improve claim quality while supporting safety recalls, special service campaigns and customer satisfaction initiatives across the UAE dealer network.
Key Responsibilities
The Warranty Executive will manage claims from initial review through authorisation, recovery and manufacturer communication.
* Review and adjudicate warranty repairs submitted by Toyota and Lexus service centres.
* Authorise eligible claims in accordance with manufacturer policies.
* Check submissions for technical accuracy and complete supporting documentation.
* Improve warranty recoveries while reducing avoidable claim rejections.
* Track claim quality, processing timelines and unresolved cases.
* Conduct compliance audits and coaching visits across the dealer network.
* Develop corrective action plans for locations with performance gaps.
* Support Safety Recall Campaigns and Special Service Campaigns.
* Monitor Customer Satisfaction Campaign implementation.
* Coordinate the recovery and return of requested warranty parts.
* Maintain communication with manufacturers regarding returned components.
* Update performance dashboards and prepare regular KPI reports.
* Work with technical and aftersales teams to resolve quality concerns.
Ideal Profile
Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering. At least five years of automotive industry experience is required, including three to five years in warranty administration or a closely related position.
A thorough understanding of dealership operations, automotive warranty policies and manufacturer claim procedures is essential. Applicants must be comfortable interpreting technical information, conducting audits and managing several priorities independently.
Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management capabilities are required for working with service centres, technical specialists and manufacturer representatives.
