Saeed Juma Al Naboodah Real Estate Co. LLC is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee RTA project operations in Dubai, UAE. The role involves managing the entire service center workforce, ensuring vehicle testing compliance with government regulations, and maintaining high-quality service standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling commercial heavy vehicles, electric vehicles, and managing a large service team while ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 10 years in workshops and government entities, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
Education: Engineering degree in Automotive, Mechanical, or a related field preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire service center workforce, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Oversee customer service quality and ensure adherence to budget objectives
- Coordinate with principals on technical issues and service concerns, and liaise with the service manager for warranty approvals
- Evaluate technician performance, providing coaching and training as needed
- Develop and implement an annual training plan to enhance workforce competency
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of workshop equipment and special tools
- Promote and enforce safety standards in the service center with regular safety reviews
- Support the business excellence department in internal and external audits
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on service center activities to management
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong leadership experience in managing large workshop operations
- Expertise in handling commercial heavy vehicles and electric vehicle maintenance
- Knowledge of RTA regulations and government compliance for vehicle testing
- Fluent in English; working knowledge of Hindi/Urdu preferred; Arabic is an advantage
- UAE driving license preferred
