What You’ll Do
* Carry out maintenance, inspection, and repair tasks in one or more specialized workshops, including:
* Carpet Shop
* Avionics Shop
* Safety and Bottle Shop
* Seat Shop
* Trim Shop
* Upholstery Shop
* Machine Shop & Welding Shop
* Nacelle Shop
* Wheels and Brakes
* Paint Shop
* Decal Shop
* Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all maintenance operations
* Diagnose technical issues, perform corrective actions, and document all maintenance activities
* Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and quality assurance teams to maintain optimal aircraft readiness
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and safety compliance
Ideal Profile
* Relevant technical qualification or license in aircraft maintenance
* Experience in one or more specialized aircraft maintenance disciplines
* Strong understanding of aviation safety regulations and maintenance best practices
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
