Position Overview
Assistant Project Manager Infrastructure role in Dubai supporting Parsons Corporation on complex infrastructure and urban development projects. Key Responsibilities
* Support day-to-day project management activities to ensure alignment with project goals, schedules, and quality standards
* Manage and control project communications to maintain transparency and timely information flow among stakeholders
* Coordinate and track project deliverables to ensure on-time submission and compliance with contractual and technical requirements
* Implement and monitor project quality management processes and documentation
* Prepare and maintain regular project reports including progress updates, risk logs, and budget tracking
* Support stakeholder engagement and coordination across the project lifecycle
* Provide direction and support to project team members to promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering or a closely related field
* Minimum five years of experience supporting or managing infrastructure projects in a multidisciplinary environment
* Demonstrated potential to perform in a lead capacity and coordinate teams effectively
* Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for infrastructure delivery
Skills Set
* Strong working knowledge of CAD and Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Familiarity with BIM and digital project delivery tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
* Understanding of sustainability and environmental considerations in infrastructure projects
