Role Context
This role combines customer account management with operational flight dispatch responsibilities, ensuring aircraft scheduling, crew coordination, and owner requests are handled efficiently. The position directly supports business aviation excellence by maintaining strong client relationships, operational compliance, and smooth execution of all dispatch and support activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal departments for assigned accounts
* Handle customer requests, inquiries, and issue resolution through phone and email communication
* Coordinate owner flight requests with OCC, Crew Planning, and Maintenance teams
* Support operational flight planning for crew members including visa requests and travel coordination
* Coordinate maintenance schedules and operational planning with aircraft owners
* Work with the Finance department on invoicing and account-related matters
* Assist with charter sales inquiries and support flight setup requirements
* Dispatch managed aircraft in compliance with UAE GCAA CAR OPS regulations
* Coordinate third-party handling services through the Operations Control Center
* Monitor live flight progress and maintain continuous flight watch
* Prepare and distribute crew briefings and operational reports
* Manage schedule changes and communicate updates across flight operations teams
* Ensure briefing packages meet legal and company compliance standards
* Support crew scheduling, license control, and sales teams with operational updates
Ideal Profile
* High School Certificate required
* Valid unrestricted UAE driving license is essential
* Valid UAE GCAA Dispatcher License is mandatory
* Previous aviation experience in a similar dispatch or flight operations role required
* VIP or business aviation experience is highly desirable
* Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities under pressure
* Good communication and interpersonal skills with professional customer handling
* Ability to make operational decisions quickly using limited information
