Role Context
The VIP Guest Services Officer is responsible for creating a seamless premium travel experience for passengers, crew, and private aviation clients. This role directly supports customer satisfaction, flight operations efficiency, and service excellence by managing guest hospitality, aircraft coordination, and third-party service arrangements within the FBO facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate arrival and departure processes for aircraft, passengers, and crew
* Coordinate landing permits, take-off permits, and slot requests for aircraft operations
* Manage schedule changes and ensure all handling requests are delivered accurately
* Support smooth transition of guests from landside to airside through the FBO facility
* Deliver VIP hospitality and personalized service to passengers, guests, and crew
* Escort clients and crew to and from aircraft while coordinating transportation needs
* Coordinate third-party services including fuel, catering, customs, immigration, police, and hotel arrangements
* Prepare daily shift reports and communicate operational incidents to relevant stakeholders
* Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and service standards across all FBO areas
* Process operational entries and handling files accurately in FBO One
* Support invoice processing and handle payments through cash and credit card transactions
* Identify safety hazards and report them to maintain a secure working environment
Ideal Profile
* High School Certificate required
* Valid unrestricted UAE driving license is essential
* Previous experience in aviation operations or FBO services preferred
* Experience in VVIP or luxury customer service environments is highly valuable
* Strong attention to detail and methodical work approach
* Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure
* Professional communication and strong interpersonal skills
* Willingness to work full-time and maintain permanent residency in Dubai
