Role Summary
First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is hiring an experienced Account Maintenance Officer to support the Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) division in Dubai. This role is responsible for leading account operations and maintenance across onshore and offshore portfolios, including Corporate, Government, FI, NBFI, and Business Banking clients. You’ll ensure accuracy, compliance, and service excellence in alignment with Central Bank regulations and global best practices, while actively contributing to process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Do
* Manage and authorize account maintenance for CIB clients including CASA, Escrow, Nostro, Vostro, brokerage, and investment accounts
* Ensure timely setup and maintenance of corporate account details in line with Central Bank and internal regulations
* Coordinate closely with Client Onboarding, Relationship Managers, and internal departments to process requests accurately and efficiently
* Handle issuance of Paid-Up Capital Certificates, account confirmations, IBAN letters, and mandate-related tasks
* Conduct signature verifications for transactions and legal documents, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
* Monitor and respond to internal service queries via group email, ensuring timely and effective resolution
* Ensure SOP compliance, document scanning, archival, and secure handling of sensitive data
* Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, and system integration projects
* Generate MIS reports and provide insights on SLAs, transaction turnaround, and service quality
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
* 3–5 years of experience in corporate banking, with at least 2 years in account servicing
* Strong understanding of CIB products, credit administration, and regulatory frameworks in the UAE
* Hands-on experience with banking software and Microsoft Office applications
* Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
* Familiarity with CBUAE regulations and legal documentation related to corporate accounts
* Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail
