What You’ll Do
* Develop and implement accounting and taxation strategies aligned with business objectives
* Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure integrity in financial transactions
* Oversee preparation of financial statements and annual reports for internal and external stakeholders
* Manage all aspects of tax reporting, planning, and compliance with applicable regulations
* Support senior management with financial insights, analysis, and decision-making tools
* Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of issues
* Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost controls to improve efficiency
* Ensure adherence to FAB’s internal policies, financial standards, and external regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies and operations
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred)
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, and taxation
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax compliance regulations
* Proven experience in audit management and issue resolution
* Proficiency in budgeting, financial performance tracking, and internal controls
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
