Role Context
This role is responsible for shaping and governing the bank’s AI architecture landscape. It ensures that AI initiatives are aligned with regulatory requirements, enterprise standards, and long-term digital strategy. The position plays a key role in enabling scalable AI adoption while maintaining security, performance, and compliance across systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce architecture artifacts including architecture decision records and solution design documents
* Define and maintain enterprise AI architecture aligned with business and regulatory frameworks
* Evaluate and select AI platforms, tools, and technologies for enterprise-wide adoption
* Establish architectural standards, governance models, and best practices for AI initiatives
* Design end-to-end AI solutions in collaboration with business, data, and technology teams
* Oversee integration of AI and machine learning models into production environments
* Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of deployed AI systems
* Guide engineering and data teams on architecture strategy and MLOps practices
* Align AI roadmaps with business priorities and digital transformation goals
Ideal Profile
* Strong background in enterprise architecture with focus on AI, data, or analytics
* Experience designing AI platforms and scalable architecture frameworks
* Understanding of full AI lifecycle from data engineering to deployment and monitoring
* Ability to align technical architecture with business strategies
* Familiarity with regulatory and data privacy requirements in financial services
* Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities
