About the role
As an FP&A Analyst, you will be assisting the FP&A team by participating in the annual budgeting process, monthly forecast process, assist with monitoring work force productivity, and perform varied and complex financial analyses with summarised findings for decision-making purposes. The financial analyst acts as a resource for creating financial models for various business scenarios and analyses them for return on investment and profitability.
About you
Ideally, you have a bachelors degree in hospitality management with focus on Finance or a bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting with experiences through internships or a junior role within the industry. Your extensive knowledge working with Microsoft Excel and being able to model advanced formulas quickly, together with your strong analytical skills enable you to prepare meaningful analysis to help decision-making. You have a strong sense for urgency, good organisational skills and can handle multiple projects at the same time. To be successful in this role, you will be a team player who can also work on projects independently.
