Role Context
This position is responsible for supporting senior leadership in building high-value institutional client relationships, identifying strategic opportunities, and delivering strong execution across mandates and financial solutions. The selected professional will drive relationship management, improve service quality, and ensure revenue targets are achieved while maintaining portfolio strength and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the management and growth of Sovereign Wealth Funds and Financial Sponsors client portfolios
* Assist in originating mandates through strong market analysis, sector research, and business opportunity identification
* Conduct industry and client analysis to identify financing needs and strategic investment opportunities
* Support Managing Directors and Executive Directors in developing client strategies and relationship plans
* Prepare high-quality client presentations, pitch books, and product proposals for institutional clients
* Pitch existing banking products and explore new structured solutions to meet evolving client requirements
* Maintain regular contact with clients at junior to mid-senior levels to strengthen long-term business relationships
* Improve service quality and ensure strong support across day-to-day deal flow and relationship management activities
* Monitor portfolio quality and support strong credit discipline across client relationships
* Anticipate potential issues and coordinate internally to resolve operational or relationship challenges proactively
* Ensure revenue objectives and strategic team goals are consistently achieved
* Support and guide junior team members while helping manage workflow and execution standards
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline
* Strong experience in corporate banking, investment banking, institutional coverage, or sponsor coverage roles
* Good understanding of Sovereign Wealth Funds, Financial Sponsors, and institutional client relationship management
* Strong analytical capability in market research, industry analysis, and financial structuring
* Experience preparing client presentations, mandate proposals, and senior stakeholder reporting
* Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments with senior leadership exposure and tight deadlines
