Role Context
This role sits within the Global Corporate Finance function, supporting leveraged and acquisition finance transactions for corporate and institutional clients. It contributes to deal origination, structuring, and execution while ensuring alignment with risk frameworks and strategic growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate and structure leveraged and acquisition finance transactions in collaboration with coverage and credit teams
* Support deal origination by analyzing client financing needs and proposing structured debt solutions
* Build detailed financial models including cash flow, leverage, and valuation scenarios
* Assist in negotiating loan terms and preparing documentation aligned with market standards
* Manage execution processes including coordination with internal teams and external advisors
* Monitor existing loan portfolio and prepare MIS reports and performance updates
* Conduct credit analysis and support senior team members with insights and recommendations
* Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects while maintaining high-quality output
* Support budgeting, reporting, and strategic initiatives within the finance function
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
* Around 5+ years of experience in structured corporate lending or leveraged finance
* Strong financial modelling and credit analysis skills
* Experience with valuation methods such as DCF, comparable companies, and LBO
* Understanding of loan documentation and syndicated lending structures
* Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and presentation skills
