Position Overview
As the ATM and Cash Operations Manager, you will lead end-to-end ATM and CCDM operations, vendor coordination, compliance monitoring, and dispute resolution. Your focus will be to streamline operational processes, ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations, and continuously improve the customer experience by minimizing ATM downtime and optimizing cash usage.
What You’ll Do
* Oversee day-to-day management of off-site and branch ATMs, CCDMs, and prepaid cash units
* Ensure ATMs are stocked and running efficiently through robust replenishment schedules and vendor coordination
* Manage ATM disputes, handle CCDM reconciliation, and resolve financial discrepancies in a timely manner
* Supervise MIS and GL activities, ensuring accurate reporting and audit readiness
* Maintain SLAs across all ATM-related services with minimal operational errors
* Lead automation initiatives, track system downtime, and implement productivity enhancements
* Provide leadership and performance coaching to operational staff
* Authorize vendor payments, validate SLA adherence, and conduct regular service reviews
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Treasury, Product, Audit, Finance) for system updates and policy alignment
* Monitor key risk indicators, internal audit controls, and central bank guidelines for full compliance
Ideal Profile
* Graduate degree with at least 10 years of experience in ATM and banking reconciliation operations
* In-depth understanding of ATM and CCDM systems, including vendor processes and escalation handling
* Strong knowledge of MS Office, GL reconciliation, MIS reporting, and dispute management
* Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and large operational teams
* Strong communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
* Familiarity with regulatory and audit requirements in the UAE banking environment
* Leadership capabilities with a focus on productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction
