This role plays a central part in transforming client service delivery by redesigning processes, improving operational workflows, and implementing automation solutions. It works closely with business, operations, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives aligned with strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Support redesign of client service journeys to enhance efficiency and customer experience
* Drive process optimization and automation initiatives across service functions
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of transformation projects
* Monitor and analyze performance metrics including customer experience, scalability, and risk indicators
* Assist in stakeholder engagement and alignment on strategic priorities
* Promote agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices across teams
* Apply change management frameworks to support transformation initiatives
* Identify opportunities for innovation including AI-driven process improvements
* Develop playbooks, toolkits, and frameworks to standardize service delivery
* Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and governance forums
Ideal Profile
* Experience in banking transformation, operations, or service engineering roles
* Strong understanding of process reengineering and automation strategies
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives
* Knowledge of change management frameworks such as ADKAR or Kotter
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
