Key Responsibilities
* Participate in a structured 1 to 2 year pre-graduate banking development program while continuing university education.
* Complete intensive training periods during university breaks, including core banking, governance, and functional learning modules.
* Attend onboarding and orientation sessions to understand program expectations, workplace standards, and banking career pathways.
* Complete banking fundamentals training to build awareness of financial services, customer segments, products, risk, compliance, and governance.
* Take part in on-the-job training assignments across selected business or functional areas.
* Work with mentors and supervisors to gain practical exposure to banking operations, professional conduct, and team-based work.
* Participate in career workshops focused on employability, communication, workplace readiness, and long-term career planning.
* Support assigned teams with basic research, reporting, coordination, documentation, and operational tasks.
* Build awareness of FAB’s international presence and potential global opportunities across selected markets.
* Demonstrate commitment to learning, professional discipline, attendance, and active participation throughout each training phase.
* Prepare for future progression into Ethraa, MTP Graduate Programs, or full-time banking roles based on performance and eligibility.
