Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as a primary branch contact for customers and provide accurate, timely, and compliant sales and service support.
* Process account opening forms, loan applications, credit card applications, service requests, and after-sales transactions.
* Review customer documents carefully to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with FAB policies and regulatory guidelines.
* Promote FAB asset and liability products to new and existing customers through responsible cross-selling.
* Identify customer needs and guide them toward suitable banking products, services, and digital solutions.
* Generate product leads from walk-in customers, referrals, and personal outreach activity.
* Support branch and individual sales targets while maintaining transparent customer communication.
* Handle customer queries, service requests, and complaints professionally, escalating complex matters when required.
* Contribute to service KPIs including NPS, complaint resolution timelines, service request turnaround, and mystery shopping results.
* Educate customers on FAB mobile banking, online banking, self-service options, and digital channels.
* Maintain proactive customer communication to build loyalty, trust, and stronger banking relationships.
* Explain product terms, conditions, requirements, and documentation clearly before customers sign agreements.
* Encourage suitable customer upgrades to higher-tier products and services where relevant.
* Ensure every transaction and customer record follows operational risk controls, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
* Protect customer information through secure document handling, clear desk practices, and information security discipline.
* Participate in mandatory compliance, operational, service, and product training programs.

Ideal Profile

* High school diploma or higher education in business, finance, banking, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 2 years of banking experience, preferably in customer service, branch service, sales support, or retail banking.
* Good knowledge of banking products, customer service processes, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
* Strong ability to communicate clearly with customers and explain banking products in a professional manner.
* Customer-focused approach with the ability to manage queries, complaints, applications, and service requests calmly.
* Ability to support sales growth while avoiding mis-selling and maintaining full compliance discipline.
