Business Analyst - Credit Cards Domain
Are you an experienced Business Analyst specializing in the Credit Cards domain with expertise in payment systems, transaction processing, and compliance? This role in Sharjah offers an exciting opportunity to support Level 2 operational aspects of the bank’s Credit Cards Business, ensuring seamless system functionality and enhancement coordination. If you have strong technical skills, payment scheme compliance knowledge, and experience working with Mastercard and VISA systems, this position is an excellent fit for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle functional analysis, design, and solution development in coordination with the Credit Cards Service or System Provider
- Act as a subject matter expert bridging Business, Operations, and IT teams for credit card-related change requests and enhancements
- Support Level 2 operational aspects of the bank’s credit card business, ensuring timely issue resolution and system optimization
- Coordinate issue recreation in a test environment for further analysis and escalation to the system provider
- Assist in the management and delivery of projects, enhancements, and system changes in the Credit Cards Business Domain
- Provide expertise in translating requirements from payment associations such as UAECB, Mastercard, and VISA
- Offer technical consultancy within the area of specialization to support systems and project work
- Provide ongoing systems support to ensure smooth business operations
- Define detailed technical or service solutions to meet business requirements as specified
- Liaise with third-party and in-house developers or service providers to ensure deliverables meet expectations
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid card systems support and testing
- Strong knowledge of ISO8583, Mastercard, and VISA payment schemes
- Hands-on experience with HPS PowerCARD suite or Way4 product implementation and support
- Expertise in EMV Personalization Systems such as NANO Perso
- Strong PL or SQL programming skills in Oracle
- Proficiency in AIX, Unix, or Linux commands
- Experience with Mastercard and VISA simulators and payment scheme compliance
- Prior experience in handling online and offline certification testing with Mastercard and VISA
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or a related field
