Business Analyst – Digital Banking & Wealth Platforms Dubai
Dicetek is hiring a seasoned Techno-Functional Business Analyst to join a strategic digital transformation initiative in Dubai. This role requires deep involvement in designing and implementing customer-facing digital journeys across mobile apps, internet banking, and wealth platforms, with a strong focus on UI/UX and third-party system integrations.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead business analysis for digital and mobile initiatives across banking and wealth platforms
* Collaborate with UI/UX teams to design user-centric journeys for internet banking and mobile apps
* Work closely with developers and architects to align business needs with API integration and system design
* Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for front-end delivery
* Participate in agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily standups
* Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define MVPs, and align on solution delivery
* Contribute to user journey mapping, wireframes, and user story documentation
* Identify third-party tools and services needed for digital wealth platforms and lead integration planning
* Support testing, validation, and rollout of new features and enhancements
* Provide insights and support for improving customer experience and digital engagement
Job Requirements
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience
* 7 to 10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years as a Business Analyst
* Prior involvement in customer-facing digital banking or wealth management projects is required
Skills
* Strong techno-functional background with hands-on experience in digital product delivery
* Familiarity with mobile and web-based user journeys and customer experience design
* Working knowledge of UI/UX tools and principles
* Expertise in writing user stories, functional requirements, and system interface documentation
* Understanding of RESTful APIs, data integration, and digital architecture
* Experience in Agile delivery models (Scrum, SAFe)
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
Domain Preference
* Prior experience in the wealth management domain is strongly preferred
* Experience implementing digital wealth platforms or third-party fintech integration is an advantage
