Business Analyst – Wealth Management & Core Banking Dubai
Dicetek is hiring a Techno-Functional Business Analyst with strong experience in wealth management systems and core banking integration for a key project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a central role in requirement gathering, system integration, and functional analysis across wealth platforms, with hands-on knowledge of API interactions and waterfall project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead business and functional analysis for wealth management initiatives involving core banking systems
* Define and document business requirements for integration with third-party systems and wealth platforms
* Analyze end-to-end workflows and translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
* Collaborate with technology and business teams to design, test, and validate API-based integrations
* Ensure traceability between business needs, system functionality, and end-user outcomes
* Coordinate with stakeholders through requirement workshops, solution walkthroughs, and delivery checkpoints
* Support project planning, impact analysis, and documentation as per waterfall methodology
* Provide subject matter expertise for wealth products, investment advisory processes, and customer lifecycle journeys
* Validate systems through UAT, support training efforts, and manage issue resolution during rollouts
Job Requirements
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field
Experience
* 7 to 10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years as a Business Analyst in banking or fintech
* Prior involvement in wealth management platforms and core banking integration is essential
Skills
* Deep understanding of wealth management products, advisory tools, and investment operations
* Familiarity with core banking systems (preferably Finacle)
* Strong technical understanding of API design, system communication, and data mapping
* Effective written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
* Experience in delivering projects using the waterfall model
* Ability to handle complex business requirements with a focus on scalability and compliance
Domain Preference
* Wealth management with strong exposure to core banking systems (Finacle preferred)
* Experience working with third-party investment platforms and financial product integration
