Key Responsibilities

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across assigned banking products.
* Focus on New To Bank customer acquisition while developing opportunities from existing clients.
* Conduct customer meetings, field visits, follow-ups, and case analysis to understand customer needs.
* Provide complete and accurate customer information after field visits to support internal review and processing.
* Promote FAB products and services through responsible, needs-based selling.
* Cross-sell suitable banking products to increase revenue per customer while maintaining transparency.
* Maintain daily sales reports and share performance updates with team leaders and managers.
* Support high-quality client onboarding by understanding products, policies, documentation, and internal processes.
* Ensure no mis-selling by offering products and services according to customer requirements.
* Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate redresses where needed for timely resolution.
* Participate in assigned learning, development, product, and compliance training programs.
* Monitor competitor offerings and suggest practical improvements to products or processes.
* Follow prescribed sales, compliance, risk control, fraud control, client application, and KYC documentation processes.
* Support satisfactory audit ratings by maintaining proper documentation and process discipline.
* Bring quality customers to the franchise through responsible prospecting and customer selection.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to discuss cases, resolve issues, and secure required business support.

Ideal Profile

* Experience in banking sales, business banking, customer acquisition, financial services sales, or client-facing product sales is preferred.
* Good knowledge of banking products, business banking processes, KYC requirements, compliance policies, and customer onboarding.
* Ability to generate New To Bank business through prospecting, referrals, customer meetings, and field activity.
