Key Responsibilities
* Drive monthly and annual sales objectives across assigned business banking products and customer segments.
* Focus on New To Bank acquisition while developing further opportunities with existing customers.
* Identify suitable product solutions through customer discussions, field visits, and careful case analysis.
* Prepare and share complete customer information after visits to support accurate review and decision-making.
* Cross-sell relevant FAB banking products to increase revenue per customer while maintaining transparent selling standards.
* Maintain daily sales reports and provide regular performance updates to the team leader and asset manager.
* Deliver a strong customer onboarding experience by understanding FAB products, policies, processes, and documentation requirements.
* Ensure customers receive clear product information and are not offered unsuitable products or services.
* Resolve customer concerns where possible and escalate service issues or redresses for timely closure.
* Follow prescribed sales, compliance, risk control, fraud control, client application, and KYC documentation processes.
* Support satisfactory audit outcomes by applying required internal controls and process discipline.
* Bring quality customers to the franchise through responsible prospecting and relationship-building activity.
* Work with internal stakeholders to discuss cases, remove bottlenecks, and secure the right business support.
* Participate in assigned learning and development programs to strengthen sales effectiveness and banking knowledge.
* Build awareness of competitor offerings and share practical suggestions to improve FAB products, processes, and customer experience.
* Conduct customer insight and market research to understand business banking customer needs and support value proposition planning.
* Prepare written and verbal presentations that help inform decision makers and show clear business impact.
* Follow all health, safety, policy, process, and procedural requirements set by the bank.
Ideal Profile
* Education in business, finance, banking, sales, or a related field is preferred.
* Experience in business banking, banking sales, customer acquisition, or financial services sales is an advantage.
* Good knowledge of business banking products, customer onboarding, compliance policies, and banking services.
* Strong ability to generate New To Bank business and build customer relationships in a competitive market.
* Confident customer handling skills with a service-quality mindset and commercial awareness.
* Ability to work in a multicultural environment while maintaining professionalism, motivation, and discipline.
* Good computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Strong communication skills for customer meetings, stakeholder discussions, and presentation preparation.
