Key Responsibilities
* Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets aligned with assigned KPIs
* Drive market penetration through new to bank acquisition and portfolio expansion
* Conduct field visits, analyze customer needs, and submit complete case information
* Cross-sell appropriate business banking products to increase revenue per customer
* Maintain daily sales performance reports for management review
* Deliver a transparent, high-quality client onboarding experience with no mis-selling
* Resolve or escalate customer issues to ensure timely outcomes
* Ensure strict adherence to KYC, compliance, fraud control, and onboarding policies
* Implement prescribed sales governance and internal controls to mitigate risks
* Coordinate with stakeholders to progress cases and secure required support
* Participate actively in training, learning, and development programs
* Monitor competitor offerings and suggest improvements to products and processes
* Build and strengthen relationships with customers and internal teams
