Key Responsibilities
* Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets across approved banking products.
* Focus on New To Bank customer acquisition while also identifying opportunities within existing client relationships.
* Conduct customer meetings, field visits, and follow-ups to understand financial needs and business requirements.
* Analyse customer cases properly and provide complete, accurate information after field visits.
* Promote relevant FAB products and services through responsible selling and customer needs assessment.
* Cross-sell suitable banking solutions to increase revenue per customer while maintaining transparency.
* Maintain daily sales reports and share performance updates with the team leader and asset manager.
* Support a smooth client onboarding experience by understanding products, policies, documentation, and internal processes.
* Ensure customer applications, KYC records, and supporting documents are handled accurately and within required timelines.
* Deliver strong customer service by responding to queries, explaining product requirements, and supporting timely onboarding.
* Avoid mis-selling by offering products and services only where they are suitable for customer requirements.
* Resolve customer concerns where possible and escalate service issues for timely action.
* Participate in learning, development, and product training programs to improve sales effectiveness.
* Follow all KYC, compliance, fraud control, risk assessment, and internal banking procedures.
* Monitor market activity and competitor offerings to suggest practical improvements to products and processes.
Ideal Profile
* Experience in banking sales, business banking, financial services, client acquisition, or customer-facing sales roles is preferred.
* Good understanding of banking products, customer onboarding, KYC requirements, compliance policies, and sales processes.
* Ability to generate New To Bank business through prospecting, referrals, field visits, and client engagement.
* Strong communication and convincing skills with a professional customer-focused approach.
* Commercial mindset with the ability to meet targets while maintaining service quality and compliance discipline.
* Good follow-up skills for managing applications, documentation, customer requests, and internal approvals.
* Comfortable preparing daily sales reports and working with KPIs, sales targets, and performance reviews.
* Ability to identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend suitable financial products responsibly.
