Procurement and Contracts Coordinator - Cargo Division Doha
Qatar Aviation Services is hiring a Procurement and Contracts Coordinator to support its Cargo division in Doha, Qatar. This role involves handling administrative duties, coordinating procurement and contract processes, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in procurement operations and strong coordination skills across multiple departments and suppliers.

Job Overview
* Provide administrative and coordination support to the Procurement and Contracts team
* Gather data from internal systems and suppliers to support ongoing procurement activities
* Collaborate with end users, legal, finance, and suppliers to process contracts and purchase orders
* Ensure timely invoice processing and on-time delivery of ordered items
* Maintain procurement and contracts records to meet audit and compliance standards
* Coordinate with group procurement to manage supplier database entries
* Support internal departments in managing repacking charges and cost center allocations
* Follow up on documentation, approvals, and execution of Standard Ground Handling Agreements
* Assist with any additional departmental responsibilities as directed by management
Job Requirements
Education
* High school diploma or vocational qualification with minimum 3 years of job-related experience
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 2 years of job-related experience
Experience and Skills
* Experience in procurement, contracts, or supply coordination
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Ability to follow internal procurement processes and delivery tracking
* Familiarity with invoice processing and supplier management
