Job Overview
The Call Center Executive Banking - Abu Dhabi UAE handles inbound and outbound customer interactions, maintaining quality service standards and accurate documentation. The role contributes to client satisfaction, supports lead generation, and ensures strict adherence to the bank’s policies and regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent service by answering incoming calls professionally and efficiently
* Resolve product and service-related issues within defined authority limits or escalate as necessary
* Recommend appropriate banking products based on customer needs and inquiries
* Maintain accurate customer records and update history logs via service request systems
* Achieve set targets for service quality, call handling time, and customer satisfaction
* Support sales by identifying potential leads and cross-selling FAB products
* Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with internal and external regulations
* Cooperate with supervisors and colleagues to handle unplanned floor requirements or shift adjustments
* Support special tasks or projects assigned by team leaders or management
* Adhere to FAB policies, attendance requirements, and service-level expectations
* Operate within the authorized decision-making framework as per bank guidelines
Job Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent (a diploma or degree is a plus)
* 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the banking or financial sector
* Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Arabic preferred)
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain professional under pressure
* Attention to detail and ability to document interactions accurately
* Willingness to work in a shift-based environment, including weekends and holidays if needed
