Responsibilities:
-Hiring, training, coaching, and leading call center representatives as they provide support for customers
-Answering representative鈙 questions, guiding them through difficult calls or issues, diffusing angry customers, or handling issues that cannot be fielded by representatives
-Ensuring staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed
-The profile will also include Business Development in getting business requirements from Clients
Requirements:
路 Bachelor鈙 degree is a must
路 Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. Should be at a Supervisor/ Team Leader/ Managerial level
