Role Context
This role operates as a key partner to the Chief AI Innovation Officer, driving strategic initiatives, managing AI program execution, and ensuring alignment across business, technology, and data teams. It plays a central role in shaping innovation agendas, enabling decision-making, and ensuring governance and delivery excellence across AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as Chief of Staff and co-lead the AI Innovation function supporting leadership priorities
* Drive planning cycles, leadership meetings, and cross-functional coordination across AI programs
* Manage project timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation for AI initiatives
* Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of strategic projects
* Prepare high-impact updates, presentations, and reports for executive stakeholders
* Support internal decision-making by providing clear visibility on KPIs, risks, and progress
* Lead internal initiatives including culture programs, offsites, and communication strategies
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and team coordination activities
* Act as internal consultant to drive and execute strategic AI-related initiatives
* Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and data standards across all projects
* Coordinate across data science, engineering, and business teams for seamless execution
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
* 10+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or transformation roles
* Experience in AI, data, or technology programs within financial services preferred
* Strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
* Experience preparing executive-level presentations and governance materials
* Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
