Position Overview
We are hiring a Client Onboarding Analyst in Dubai to support international onboarding operations for Singapore-based wealth management clients. This role focuses on Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and documentation processes in full compliance with MAS regulations. The successful candidate will ensure seamless client experience while upholding strict regulatory standards across onboarding, source of wealth validation, and AML/CFT requirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the onboarding of international clients by preparing and verifying CDD and account opening documentation as per MAS standards
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of source of wealth, net worth, and identity validation
* Liaise with clients across UAE branches to collect required documents and conduct in-person verification when needed
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MAS guidelines, AML/CFT obligations, and global compliance procedures
* Work closely with compliance, operations, and front office teams to streamline onboarding workflows
* Ensure alignment with CBUAE regulations and bank-wide risk policies for cross-border onboarding
* Handle audit requests and internal reviews related to Singapore onboarding files
Candidate Requirements
* 2–3 years of experience in KYC, client onboarding, or CDD within the banking industry
* Strong familiarity with MAS regulations, AML/CFT standards, and documentation protocols
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal teams and high-net-worth clients
* Ability to travel within UAE for client meetings and document collection
* Understanding of wealth management products, operational procedures, and regulatory policies
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
