Role Context
This position serves as the main point of contact for asset management clients, ensuring a seamless client experience across onboarding, reporting, and account servicing activities. The selected professional will strengthen client relationships, improve service delivery standards, and maintain strong coordination across relationship management, portfolio management, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for FAB Asset Management clients across all service interactions
* Manage day-to-day client inquiries and ensure high-quality service delivery across all customer touchpoints
* Coordinate client onboarding, KYC processes, account maintenance, and reporting activities
* Ensure all onboarding and servicing activities comply with FAB Asset Management service standards and internal controls
* Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Operations teams to resolve client requests efficiently
* Monitor service-level agreements and ensure timely completion of client requests and reporting obligations
* Deliver reports, account statements, and account updates accurately and within agreed timelines
* Escalate complex client cases to relevant internal teams and ensure full follow-up until resolution
* Monitor client satisfaction metrics and proactively identify opportunities to improve service quality
* Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure proper documentation management across the client lifecycle
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the overall client experience
* Demonstrate FAB Asset Management values through professional and client-centric service delivery
Ideal Profile
* Strong experience in client servicing, relationship support, or asset management operations within banking or financial services
* Minimum 10 to 15 years of professional experience in client relationship management or investment servicing
* Strong understanding of asset management products, operational processes, and client lifecycle management
* Proven experience handling onboarding, KYC compliance, and high-value client relationships
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong client relationship focus
* Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and service quality discipline
* Ability to manage multiple client relationships and perform effectively under pressure
