What You’ll Do
* Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
* Provide advisory support to clients on account services, e-channels, and banking regulations
* Handle client service requests, issues, and grievances, ensuring timely resolution and preventive measures
* Collect and verify client documentation as per FAB and regulatory requirements
* Support operational processes such as account opening, maintenance, corporate card operations, cheque book issuance, balance confirmations, payments, and e-channel queries
* Maintain accurate records of all client communications, service requests, and resolutions
* Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and assist in periodic reviews for service improvement
* Safeguard security items and obtain proof of delivery in line with FAB policies
* Collaborate with operations and other internal teams to ensure efficient support and client satisfaction
* Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce risk and enhance operational efficiency
Ideal Profile
* University degree in Commerce, Banking, or related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in banking operations or client servicing roles
* Strong knowledge of banking principles, policies, and back-office procedures
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
* Self-motivated, flexible, and dynamic team player with strong problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Detail-oriented with high standards of accuracy and efficiency
