Job Overview
As the first point of contact for walk-in clients, the Client Services Executive plays a critical role in executing client transactions, handling service requests, and supporting the relationship management team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of banking operations, particularly in cash management, cheque clearing, inward/outward remittances, and client documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in clients, resolving queries and facilitating transactions
* Handle client service counter functions including document collection and delivery, identity checks, and acknowledgments
* Process inward/outward remittances, cheque clearings, and account transfers with high accuracy
* Ensure all activities comply with FAB\'s policies, procedures, and internal controls
* Support internal teams with operational assistance for PCG and relationship management units
* Maintain confidentiality of all customer information in line with FAB’s data protection policy
* Review and suggest enhancements to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve service quality
* Participate in system/process upgrades, ensuring timely and effective adaptation
* Perform reconciliations and submit MIS reports as required
* Adhere to risk and control measures to maintain audit and compliance standards
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in a relevant field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a bank’s customer service or front office operations
* Proficient in banking transactions, remittances, and documentation processes
* Strong understanding of internal controls and regulatory compliance in banking
* Ability to manage customer relationships professionally and with empathy
* Attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and timely service delivery
* Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
