Job Overview
You will analyze consumer credit risk data, optimize credit decision processes, and support strategic risk initiatives using advanced analytics and automation platforms. This role requires proficiency in Python, decision management systems, and business process modeling to inform and improve operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze retail credit data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for risk mitigation and business improvement
* Design, document, and optimize credit decision workflows using tools such as SAS DM, FICO, or IBM ODM
* Collaborate with risk, IT, and operations teams to implement and validate decision models
* Apply machine learning and predictive analytics techniques to improve credit scoring and customer segmentation
* Ensure alignment with regulatory compliance and internal risk governance frameworks
* Create and maintain clear business process models and technical documentation using DMN or BPMN
* Conduct statistical analysis and build visualizations to support credit strategy decisions
* Manage code repositories and maintain version control using Git/GitHub
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years in credit analytics, risk management, or related financial domain
* Experience in retail credit systems, scoring models, or decisioning engines
Technical Skills
* Proficient in Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy), and version control tools (Git/GitHub)
* Experience with data visualization libraries (Seaborn, Matplotlib, Plotly)
* Familiarity with machine learning tools (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras)
* Skilled in SAS DI Studio, SAS EG, SAS VA, and ETL concepts
