What You’ll Do
* Participate in all aspects of transaction execution including M&A (buy-side and sell-side), IPO advisory, and equity or debt placements
* Assist in deal origination by preparing pitch decks, investor presentations, financial models, and marketing materials
* Conduct financial valuation using various methodologies including DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions, LBO, and merger models
* Support due diligence and transaction processes including legal, risk, compliance, and internal approvals
* Analyze company business plans, sector outlooks, and financials for internal and client presentations
* Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Product teams to ensure superior client service
* Develop and maintain templates and analytical tools to increase team efficiency
* Stay updated on regional and global capital markets trends and support the preparation of internal knowledge materials
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
* Master\'s degree (optional) or international exposure in London, New York, Singapore, or Hong Kong preferred
* At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A advisory with a reputable bank or Big 4 firm
* Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
* Understanding of capital structures, accounting fundamentals, and LMA documentation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong time management, adaptability, and ability to handle pressure in a deal-oriented environment
