Role Context
This role is responsible for managing large and sensitive corporate client relationships while expanding the client base through new-to-bank acquisitions. The position plays a key role in balancing revenue growth with risk management, ensuring portfolio quality, and delivering tailored banking solutions aligned with client needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow relationships with corporate clients within assigned portfolio
* Identify and originate new business opportunities across banking products
* Conduct financial and market analysis to assess opportunities and risks
* Structure, negotiate, and close complex banking transactions
* Develop account plans and continuously align them with client and market dynamics
* Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
* Drive cross-selling of products including lending, trade finance, and cash management
* Monitor portfolio credit quality and ensure compliance with risk frameworks
* Organize client meetings and engagement initiatives to strengthen partnerships
* Track income performance and identify potential revenue gaps
