Role Context
This role acts as the first point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring efficient handling of service requests, transactions, and documentation. It supports relationship managers and operations teams by delivering accurate, timely, and compliant banking services while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve walk-in corporate clients and handle queries, requests, and documentation at service counters
* Perform customer identification and verification in line with banking procedures
* Process cash management transactions including remittances, transfers, and cheque clearing
* Manage inward and outward payments and account-to-account transfers
* Handle post-dated and current cheque processing with high accuracy
* Support account opening, maintenance, and corporate card operations
* Assist with cheque book requests, balance confirmations, and client correspondence
* Resolve internal and external queries within agreed timelines
* Maintain accurate MIS reports and transaction records
* Ensure strict compliance with policies, procedures, and data protection standards
Ideal Profile
* Experience in banking operations or corporate client servicing
* Strong understanding of cash management and transaction processing
* Ability to handle walk-in clients and deliver high-quality customer service
* Knowledge of banking procedures, compliance, and documentation standards
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in operations
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
