Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
* Address product/service issues and escalate unresolved concerns

* Recommend FAB products and services based on customer needs
* Contribute to upselling and lead generation for banking products
* Support special tasks assigned by team leaders or managers

Job Requirements
* High School diploma (mandatory)
* 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in the banking sector
* Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
* Knowledge of banking products and customer service protocols
* Ability to handle pressure, work in shifts, and maintain accuracy
* Good listening, documentation, and phone-handling skills
* High attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude
